• Guided referral booking flow — a structured path from patient details to laboratory selection to test selection, with live pricing across individual tests (CBC, ESR, CRP, Platelet Count, Blood Group typing, and more) and bundled packages.
• Integrated payment — Razorpay-powered checkout with UPI and QR code payment, so a referral converts to a paid booking inside the same flow.
• Partner dashboard & real-time tracking — total revenue, active bookings, and a date-filterable bookings list, so partners always know where every referral stands instead of chasing updates manually.

Impact:
