Problem:
There was a lack of visibility into the sales team's performance and limited clarity on how many staff members were informed about new products. Additionally, there was no structured method to track conversion rates following doctor interactions, highlighting the need for deeper insights into sales staff engagement and effectiveness.
Solution:
We developed a mobile interface to provide cloud-based access to product study materials, conducted regular assessments with leaderboards to measure staff performance, implemented conversion and RX reporting for results tracking, and introduced structured evaluations to assess staff readiness effectively.
Impact:
The solution resulted in improved conversion rates by equipping sales staff with better training and preparation.
